This lady had been up and running since 8 on December 26, being the only one open in town where you can buy food. She had a good business going on, but with the buy 1 get 1 free, she told me, she makes no profit, unless people buy drinks.
She is a keen business woman. Being open that day, knowing prices by heart and doing the maths all in her head. She looked tired, but she was in total control of the many orders and her workflow demanded great respect.
Great burgers by the way, you find BigMak stands all over the country, some are fine, others are dirty. This was a good one. The patty is thin, but good meat. Shame they put cocktail-sauce instead of ketchup.
